In-house design, site planning and 3D modeling let you walk the building before it exists. Every allowance is resolved on paper, not in the field.

A certified general contractor manages the trades, the schedule and the punch list — with one point of accountability from permit to certificate of occupancy.

- Yes. KHI Properties is a Florida State-Certified General Contractor (CGC1515545) and carries full liability and workers’ compensation coverage on every project.
- Do you handle both design and construction?
- We do. Feasibility, site planning, 3D modeling and construction documents are produced in-house, then built by the same accountable team — so nothing is lost between the drawing and the field.
- What areas do you serve?
- We work throughout Central Florida, with a focus on Orlando and the surrounding communities including Winter Garden, Dr. Phillips and Windermere.
- Do you take on both residential and commercial work?
